Back to School Shopping in Waco!

Grace and Max Boutique

There are so many reasons why I love Waco!

And one of the main reasons is the amount of incredible boutiques there are! I have had the honor of working with some of the amazing and kind boutique owners of Waco and each boutique is special and unique.

I have such fond memories of back to school shopping and it was always a favorite event of mine. It was a chance to put a fresh, new stamp on my wardrobe and to walk into my new school year with confidence. Now, while I have no school to go back to, the feeling is still there. With summer coming to a close (in spirit…we know this heat is going to stick around a while), it feels like a good time to get a wardrobe refresh and seek out items that make me feel confident.

So what if we did this shopping locally? I spent this weekend going around and shopping at some of my favorites and wanted to share with you all the great places you can shop locally! It was really a labor of love as I had to go to all these cute boutiques that I dearly love, and I hope that you come to love them as much as I do!

Downtown Waco

Spice Village

One of Waco’s classic stops! The Spice Village is located in Downtown Waco right next to Ninfas. One of the cool things about Spice is that is has multiple booths and vendors that sell a range of items from candles to home decor to…of course…clothing!

You are sure to find cute and colorful tops, dresses, skirts, and accessories here!

Mainstream Boutique

Part of the Franklin boutiques, Mainstream is located right on Franklin Avenue downtown!

Mainstream has a great range of fun pops of color and really good neutrals. They also have great pairs of jeans and as the fall comes up, gorgeous, comfy, and soft sweaters and blazers! ( I own two blazers and could not speak higher of them!) Mainstream also recently started selling Brighton Jewelry and carry purses and sling bags!

Dylan Nicole

Also part of the Franklin Boutiques, Dylan Nicole is located on Franklin Avenue.

I think one of the best ways I can describe Dylan and Nicole is my green wavy stripped power pants that I got from here. Great pops of color, unique and creative designs and silhouettes, and super fun accessories!

Urban Bliss

Another great Franklin Boutique that is located on Franklin Avenue!

Not only does Urban Bliss of great clothing items like fun graphic tees and denim skirts…but you can also build your own trucker hat! In Urban Bliss, there are multiple colors of trucker hats and many many many fun and unique patches to help you curate you own style and fun onto a hat!

Pretty In Pink Flamingo Boutique

Pretty In Pink Flamingo Boutique is located on Washington Avenue in the same building as Zs at the Curry!

Pretty In Pink Flamingo Boutique has such an amazing display of colorful clothing and power color items! Not only does this boutique carry awesome brands, but it also has a great supply of all types of shoes!

Central Texas Marketplace

Courtney’s

In Central Texas Market Place, you will find Courtney’s Boutique!

Along with an adorable sections of clothing items for toddlers, Courtney’s hosts a range of clothing that is stylish and colorful. But Courtney’s also has great neutrals and softer colors so there is something for every palette!

Woodway

The Collective

Located a few doors down from Shipley’s Donuts stands the Collective! The Collective hosts several different local vendors in one great boutique!

You won’t have to search long to find something in your palette here! This boutique is filled with great colors, patterns, and accessories! I have several dresses from here that are light and very flattering! The Collective also has items for Tweens!

Grace and Max

Grace and Max is located right next to the Woodway Splendid Oaks location on Estates drive!

A newer boutique in Woodway and a great new addition! I walked in for the first time this weekend and was immediately excited by all that I saw! Also found some great accessories that are perfect pops of color and I am excited to make this a regular boutique for me!

As you can see, Waco is very blessed with the amount of unique and well stocked boutiques! I have personally shopped at all of these boutiques and have found items that I love and can easily recommend! So as we step into a new season, school or no school, let’s look at shopping locally!

This is also my moment to tell you…that after style consultations I offer personal shopping where I go shopping with you and we look at colors and styles that compliment you. Imagine getting to shop at these great boutiques with a professional at your side cheering and guiding you on and…how fun would that be!

And if there is any boutiques that I miss, please let me know!

Happy shopping :)
